The treatment was also terrible, there was no method to it, simply pull in no direction and the lady burnt me as wax was too hot. She then says that I am very sensitive. I don't even think they use a new spatula each time as I landed up with rash all over due to poor hygiene.

Booked online and went in and they said they couldn’t see my booking as they don’t have a computer ?! Then they were dismissive and told me they didn’t have anything for my 2 young children. No apology or sincerity and no compensation offered.
