I had an appointment for permanent waves and it was terrible, disgusting and unprofessional. I told the lady that I wanted small curls, my hair is straight, there are no curls whatsoever and my hair is damaged. She made me fill out a form and made me write that after everything is done, my hair will be damaged and I agreed with that but I thought my hair would look curly and nice because that’s my second time doing it. She was really unprofessional. I would never go back there.

This visit was better than my last. More welcoming, a little more interaction. My only gripes are that the hair wash was a little rough and lots of shampoo and water in my ears. Also, when combing/brushing seems to create tangles so lots of pulling and can hear my hair snapping. I only go for a wash and cut when there's a deal on so I clearly get what I pay for.
