I booked an appointment for my son, but they canceled it, and I haven’t received a refund despite calling them three times. This was my first and definitely last time going there.

Allegedly booking went to junk.Booked well prior,had a wedding that morning.Was really upset.They did offer free blow dry for the week after, that doesnt help the fact I had to do hair myself for the wedding..After many years with them never see me.
