I booked my haircut appointment with Cila as my friend recommended her, but she wasn’t available and I was given another stylist (I think her name was Leila). I explained exactly what I wanted, but she ignored me and did her own thing. My haircut is uneven and nothing like what I asked for—just before my birthday too. Really disappointed.
