Was a little rough when washing my hair, she actually got my jumper wet. Spoke to other colleagues in their own language and hardly spoke to me, other than to ask what I wanted. I pre-paid for a wash and cut, told her this but she continued with blow drying my hair and pulling quite a bit (this is why I didn't pay for blow dry). Obviously I didn't pay any extra but wasn't really listened to.
