I went there for pedicure. It was dirty, hair lying around, the lady placed a feet mask lid just on hair and scrubbed my feet with a cheese grater. It was not pleasant at all.

When I first arrived, the salon had no idea I had any appointments as they said they received nothing from treatwell. Arrived at midday and left the salon at 1:18pm, and all me and my sister had done was our eyebrows waxed and tinted. I didn’t even mention my nails as the service was so poor and slow. All staff except one disappeared into the back room, clearly smoking cigarettes as I could smell it from where I was sat in the salon. Staff were rude and felt uncomfortable throughout.
