I got there to find out that there was no one to cut my hair as had 'only booked it 2 hours before' and no way of linking diaries. I was asked if I could come back later in the afternoon but I had to find childcare so couldn't do it again. I explained that they shouldn't be on Treatwell if they can't ensure the booking. Luckily have found another recommended place which is cheaper. STILL no refund despite being told it would be immediate.
