Was greeted by a very friendly and warm staff. Did not have to wait . The job done was excellent. The manicure was done with great care and attention. Highly recommended
My dissapoinment started when I arrived to the salon and it was closed. I had an appointment at 10 am and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to open. Despite of this the lady that did the treatment was so friendly and nice that I forgot about the delayed and focus on enjoying the treatment. The treatment itself was great, She did a great job, I love the colour and the cut.
The problem was that when I when to pay her colleague the salon wanted to charge me £70 more of what I was supposed to pay for the voucher I have purchased on treatwell, I explained her that this is the priced advertised and this is what I booked and I would not pay more. She said there is a problem in the platform and that I should have common sense as any salon would do this treatment for that price, she was quite offended as I didn't want to pay more and she said next time I had to book directly in the salon.
I was quite upsed as I book through this website to find good deals and I have paid similar prices in the past so I never though the price was wrong.
I had to go to withdrawal money as their card machine didn't work, I came back with cash and they had to give me £5 back, she said she didn't have change so I had to go again to the shop to get change. It was really outrageous! Very bad service!
I have checked again 5 days later on treatwell and the treatment was still for the same price, what makes me wonder if this is an strategy from this place to attract clients and then charge them more on-site ?
It was a pitty because the treatment was great and the stylist is really good with the clients but the mangers' lack of skill on customer services basically ruined everything.
