Disappointing experience. My appointment was at 11am however the salon manager did not arrive until 11.15 to open the salon and then the keys the manager had would not work therefore I stood outside for 20 minutes for my appointment to eventually be cancelled. I was only offered to come back later, however I couldn’t or to apply for a refund by treatwell.
This was not Shewly’s fault but the salon where she was working let her down.
