I arrived to the salon for the booked and prepaid appointment before the time only to find out that the Shewly is on holidays! No communication, no possibility to cancel or get the refund of the money, no response to my emails to Shewly on how to process things from here!! This is so very unprofessional treatment of the customer.

Shewly is always extremely polite and every treatment is spot on! Bikini wax is also not painful at all because of the wax she’s using. Eyebrow are a must, and even if I moved and I’m not near anymore I still go there for eyebrows!

Really lovely experience. Clean and efficient. Shewly is lovely and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. No double dipping either which is very important! She definitely prioritises cleanliness. The service itself was quick and painless
