Safe and very comfortable physically, mentally, and spiritually. A wonderful non-judgemental and positive space where I trusted Shelley's intelligent instinct and experience. And she has a wonderful skill of 'reading' or understanding a body through massage. I was literally in capable hands.

I felt nurtured and safe from the moment I walked through the door. Shelly’s facial was incredible I was so relaxed then I received reiki healing so beautiful. I left feeling renewed in mind,body and spirit. Thank you Shelly 🌟would totally recommend it’s a must.
