Seeing Shelly is always a wonderful experience. However stressful your day has been, after a treatment you walk out as if on clouds, feeling great about yourself. She has the ability to make you realise things without pointing them out but you ultimately feel much better for it.

Only four stars for cleanliness as in the middle of the revamp but otherwise would be 5 stars
