I had a wonderful experience at Shi’Zen! Grace was pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring. She took care of my sensitive skin issues with patience and much care. I was very happy with the treatments and I left feeling refreshed and renewed with clear and beautiful skin plus with easy to follow tips for the maintenance. She is a “skin whisperer” who I highly recommend to anyone especially with sensitive skin concerns. 5 stars!

Initially I was slightly apprehensive of the treatment but Grace provided a very reassuring detailed account of events, whilst checking ok throughout. The end results were far better than I imagined and the healing process much quicker than anticipated. Overall the results are amazing and so pleased that I had the tags and blemishes removed.
