Grace is lovely - very warm and welcoming, and seems to be a true expert in her trade.
She made a lot of time during my first visit to consult with me about my skin and offer a lot of helpful suggestions for my routine going forward. Her treatment room is beautiful and atmospheric. The treatment itself was very relaxing, and my skin has improved noticeably after a few days of following her directions. I will definitely be back. :)

It’s so normal now not to expect good service as it’s not as forthcoming as it once was but WOW how amazing is Shi’Zen, Grace took the time to ask questions, her advice and knowledge is impressive.
