The treatment was ok but only upon finishing I was handed over a £95 bill. Pricing was never discussed or agreed at the beginning and eventually I had to pay alot for what I thought will be a £60 treatment. The therapist was ok but talked a lot which took away from the relaxing experience. Also the skin consult took well over 30 mins with at least 50 questions and continued into the treatment. Tbh felt a bit excessive and stressful. I wont recommend esp if u want a relaxing experience.

Had a great experience. Grace was fantastic - very attentive and thorough, and took the time to explain to me the different products that I should use in my daily routine. I also ended up having a microdermabrasion to help with my acne.
