Grace welcomed me into her lovely room before offering me a cup of tea - amazing! We talked about my problem and she answered every one of my questions. The treatment itself was great as she explained each step. Grace was confident, friendly and a skin genius! Cannot wait to go back for another treatment!

This was my first ever facial and I couldn’t have asked to be in better hands! Grace was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions in great depth and created the perfect environment to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed (the massage was amazing!). My skin was glowing after the treatment - I would definitely recommend a visit to Shi’Zen!!
