Grace was very thorough in her consultation and knew exactly what she was talking about. The room that she does the treatment in was utter heaven, I wish had a room just like it in my house! The treatment itself was great, especially as she filled the time whilst the mask was drying with a divine shoulder, neck and head massage!
The treatment itself was wonderful and has left my skin glowing. I especially liked the rose water toner spray sprinkling all over my face like a little angel.
I will most definitely be going back for either this treatment or maybe something else off the menu :)

This was my second time visiting Grace but my first time having a holistic facial. Grace took the time to discuss my needs for my skin and made sure she fully understood my current regime along with making a few recommendations. As this was my first time with this particular facial, she carefully explained the procedure along with the benefits to my skin. The facial was amazing and I felt totally relaxed and at ease. I felt so amazing afterwards and my skin was glowing. I am getting married in 4 months and have now booked 4 week appointments in the run up with Grace as she is the best facialist I've ever had and I totally trust her with my skin. Cant wait for my next appointment!

It was my first time getting a facial and Shi'Zen was most certainly the best place to go. You can clearly see that Grace takes pride in her craft, she sat me down and went through a consultation before she even got started and talked me through what was about to happen.Throughout the whole process Grace ensured I felt calm and relaxed. I left feeling happy with the results and I will most definitely be back for more.
