It was my first time getting a facial and Shi'Zen was most certainly the best place to go. You can clearly see that Grace takes pride in her craft, she sat me down and went through a consultation before she even got started and talked me through what was about to happen.Throughout the whole process Grace ensured I felt calm and relaxed. I left feeling happy with the results and I will most definitely be back for more.

I had the deluxe Microdermabrasion treatment. It was absolutely wonderful experience. Grace is lovely and very knowledgeable. She took the time to get to know my skin care routine and the products I’ve been using and she made some sensible recommendations. The massage felt amazing.Very professional. This has to be the best Microdermabrasion I've ever had. Grace was so professional and what stood out to me was the time she took to give a full skin consultation so she understood my skins needs before she started. From start to finish, the facial was relaxing and very well done. My skin is absolutely glowing and as a result I will be going back to her for my regular facials.

Would always go here,first time having it done and the results speak for itself. Lovely peaceful atmosphere. Couldn't fault it or Grace. Since having my treatment done I have also recommended a friend to have it done as well
