Maryam was sweet and welcoming. She told me at each step in the manicure what she was doing and took time to make it look just right. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and techniques she was using. We chatted and laughed and I was offered a coffee and the lovely manager brought over a chocolate as well. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Salon looks beautiful! But the stylist was very rough with my hair and head during the wash and treatment and the water not only went into my ears but poured down my neck. She didn't understand my ask for slight layers and the result was not great either. I pointed out that it's uneven, so she tried to fix it by chopping for ages in seemingly random places. It was a bit better afterwards, but end result much shorter than planned and layers still uneven

All the lovely ladies here were wonderful! From my hair colour consultation to the dye, hair wash and cut. I was given 5* treatment, offered coffee and a light snack and their prices are extremely reasonable for the service. I had a truly relaxing experience and will be returning! Thank you Team Chic!

I just love this salon, everyone makes you feel so welcome. All the staff are exceptional, extremely professional and talented. I look forward to my return visit which will be very soon. I suggest that you give this beautiful salon a try, you definitely won’t be disappointed.
