Booked an appointment with a specific hairstylist on this app - when I turned up, it appears no one was there except for one member of staff (who isn’t permanent there). I had a very quick haircut - she was torn in different directions servicing me and another lady (and answering to another walk-in). She was sweet, but I walked away without the personalised consultation and haircut I wanted, and a wonky fringe. I attempted to suggest fixing my fringe, but this only got worse.

The eyelashes are ok , but not very precisely made on the left eye. 👎🏼
