My hair is really straight and you can clearly see when it has been badly cut - it isn't even. I was saving my hair and the guy was just going to do the ends, so he said he would take 1,5 cm off. But he was so incompetent that while cutting it he struggled with the evenness and he ended up taking 12 cm off and even after that the ends were all choppy. I was devastated! So now I have to go and get it fixed at a proper hairdresser and cut even more off. I even had to pay an additionally £10 due to the length of my hair (which I no longer have) which should have been much more clearly stated in the offer.
I'm very happy with my haircut! I wanted a special medi/short cut... not really easy to do, but I got exactly what I wanted! Thank you!
It was a good value for money. My hair were done by Beti and she was nice and listened to all of mine hairstyle preference. Overall I was happy and would recommend this place.
The salon was clean and inviting. The staff were ok. I was not asked by either member whether I would like my coat to be taken to the cloakroom. I had to leave it on the sofas (not really creating a great impression for other customers) I was not given an inital consultation regarding what I would like to have done before my hair was washed. I was not offered any beverages.
I was informed first and foremost that I had to pay an extra 10 pound for having long hair-really my hair is not long it sits on the shoulder.
The cut was fine. The hairdresser was ok.
Will I return? No.
Lovely place, exactly what I need. Great results - perfect highlights colour, attentive stuff and will definitely be going back, found my local hair salon.
