I had a highlights and cut and blow dry yesterday evening. I have been searching for a new hairdresser for years. I firmly believe I have found her. silvia was really confident and knew what she was doing from the get go. I have a happy new fresh highlights and haircut for 2014:))))))
The staff were very conscientious and skilled hairdressers. Also, the opening hours are very handy to fit around the working day

I purchased the 'Half Head of Highlights with Haircut or Blow Dry £40' coupon and opted for a blow dry instead of a hair cut. First of all, I was late to my appointment due to delayed trains. They called me to make sure I was okay and nicely informed me I might have to wait because I was late. When I arrived they were really nice and understanding about the trains. I only had to wait 15 minutes, which was actually relaxing. They have plush couches, new glossy magazines, and offered me tea, coffee, and water. It was really exceptional. They even apologized for the wait even though it was my fault, not theirs!
I informed the stylist that I like really natural, thin highlights. I also asked for golden blonde, not ashy blonde, which can be a problem some times. However, the highlights were magnificent and EXACTLY what I asked for! The highlights are even better than what my usual hairdresser at another salon does! I am so pleased and have received NUMEROUS compliments.
Another stylist blow dried my hair. They also asked if I wanted it styled, which has never happened to me before at other salons using deals. Although the blow dry was a bit rough, it looked so beautiful, voluminous, and he took extra care and time! Again, exceptional!
Unrelated to the styling, my phone died and they charged it, and offered me tea plenty of times and to get me a new magazine when I finished one. Everyone was so nice, attentive, and welcoming.
All in all, the salon, stylists, atmosphere, and treatment was so wonderful! I have already recommended them to friends who have complimented my color. I will definitely be returning!!
Lovely place,really easy to get to. Staff were welcoming and kept cups of tea full. Happy with my highlights, and got some great advice from my colourist. Hair cut was good but I wasn't asked much, so make sure you stop them cutting if you know what you want! All in all, amazing deal, especially for London.
