very nice hair cut and Big bouncy blow dry ready for NYE party - great value, lovely products used and done within 45 mins - perfect. Will definitely be back again.
One of my best highlights and cut and blow-dry. I was worried at the beginning but I went out of the saloon extremely satisfied. I will definitely go back.

Had a wash cut and blowdry. £10 supplement for long hair which was stated on the voucher. Discussed what I wanted with the stylist. He combed my hair and there was a knot which he kept yanking rather than untangling, which was annoying. The wash was quick, no head massage or time for conditioning. The stylist's manner and handling of my hair was rather brisk and a bit heavy handed at times, lots of hair yanking when blow drying. He finished off the cut with thinning scissors which I am not a fan of but overall the cut was ok. If you're looking for a quick cut then this place is ok. For a more "pampering" experience, I would pay a bit more and go elsewhere.
I didn't get off to a good start because I'd booked an appointment which was confirmed through Wahanda and then got a call to say I couldn't have that particular time. I then had to cancel other plans I had for the day in order to visit at the time they said they could do. I got asked whether I wanted tea or coffee but when I said yes, it was never actually provided. It all seems a bit disorganised in the salon and the staff were talking over me alot in another language which was quite off-putting. It was good value for money but I don't think I would return in light of what I have said above.
