yes. the lady who did my hair was very very friendly and she made the experience for me - she was attentive, re water, tea, coffee, listening to what I wanted - this is very important to me it would have been better if it had been made explicit in the offer that the full head of highlights meant ONE colour only - you had to pay extra if you wanted two colours
