I've had such a good experience at Chic touch. The staff are lovely. The hairdresser gave me good, honest advice and a style that suited me and works for my lifestyle.back again
I booked for the package deal on highlights and haircut.Staff are really nice.I had Betty doing my highlights,she listened to what i wanted and im so happy with the highlights.I had a guy cutting my hair ( not sure on his name) it was ok .
I was told by the guy if I book next time please dont through wahanda but phone the salon instead,not sure why ??

Although overall I'm happy enough with my half head of highlights and hair cut, I don't think I'd visit again. I didn't think that the communication from the staff was very good. For example the lady who did my colour put on her coat and went home, and the rest of my treatment was finished by another member of staff. This was fine but I would expect someone to tell me. The colour is quite nice and so is the cut and despite not being part of the deal, I did get a free blow dry. I think the customer care leaves something to be desired but the actual services are fine.
i had brazilian blow dry for £65 Absolutely brilliant!!! Nice and friendly staff, great service! Will definitely come again and highly recommend to all my friends!
