At first, I was put off by the location and the look of the salon; but the girls were so friendly and welcoming and on the inside it was clean and tidy , that I managed to relax completely. I absolutely love my colour and haircut. Attention and service I received was fantastic value for money. back again.....
Great looking full head highlights. Trouble was I went to the salon 2nd time with a WAHANDA voucher and I wasn't informed beforehand the voucher is only for 1st time customers. well basically I didn't read the small print... I had a big debate over payment with the "manager" and the hairdresser who's English is quite poor. I was only ready to pay normal tenner extra for long hair treatment not 20 as they insisted. The hairdresser was running late when I got to the salon and I had to wait extra 15mins followed by another 15mins debating over the payment. It was v disappointing. End result was good though. I am happy with the highlights and cut. Customer service is not so great and I probably won't be going back. For the price of £75 I do not need to travel to the other side of London to get my hair done. Sadly they have now lost another customer...
This is the first time when I visit Chick Touch hair and beauty. I bought the voucher online and for only £55 I had full head of highlights and the haircut. My hair looks amazing. I'm very happy and I will be back again and again. ...

She was super nice and helpful, it was a lovely experience. I was the only person there and got really personalized service.
