Great experience, open on a Sunday so perfect for Mon to Fri 9 to 5'ers. Staff were friendly and the wash and blow dry was excellent. Highlights are good value for money.
I bought the voucher for a full head of highlights and blow dry for the bargain price of £55.
At the salon I was notified there was a surcharge for long hair £10 and another £10 for additional colours/ toner.
I was settled in nicely with a cup of tea and magazines whilst I waited for my stylist to finish a client. The whole experience was great and Sylvia did a wonderful job and a fantastic blow dry. I would definitely return and recommend others to try the salon out.
I got half hair highlights and a hair cut. Before starting we talked about what colour and cut would be nice, and the result was very good. Chic Touch is a great and professional place, with friendly staff. The only negative would be that they charged 10 pounds extra on top of the voucher, because they used a second highlight colour.
I had the Brazillian Blow dry with neda
neda was very helpful as others have said with tips on how to care for my hair.
She was easy to talk to ask questions of and not in any way pushy and I will be returning in the near future. Thanks neda for such a positive experience!
All the services at chic touch London are really top notch. I love that they are always firm with you and set realistic goals and expectations. I can tell you from personal experiences as myself and all my family have been coming to this salon .... Highly recommended!
