I got a perm from Sara. I have been getting perms for years and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to complain. It took hours, was painful and rushed. It achieved only kinks, dryness and split ends for enduring it and £130. I complained, and was offered another perm. With my hair in its current state, I asked instead for a partial refund. Sara was rude and awful to deal with, but after 4 weeks of trying to speak to a manager, I was eventually given half my money back. AVOID.
