WORST HAIRCUT EVER.
I had a really nice haircut and asked to follow the same shape. I ended up with something very different and much shorter. The haircut itself is not even nice. It’s old fashioned and not flattering at all. I’m honestly still in shock as I don’t really understand what happened. The hairdresser said it was a misunderstanding but I know what I asked and I’ve seen all the hair on the floor. I’m just gutted and will never be back. Shame because other hairdresser was great before

I got the classic, semi perm eyelashes. After 2 days, more than half of the lashes had fallen out from both eyes. We’re now on day 5 and almost all (except 3) have disappeared from the right eye. I have to go and get them all removed as it currently looks very weird. Definitely not worth the price paid. Would not go again
