Really friendly and welcoming. I was initially worried about going to someone's house as had only ever been to salons for waxing, but she put me at ease instantly. She was warm, friendly, and also a very good waxer. It was certainly the least painful bikini waxing I have ever had. She was quick and efficient. I will definitely be returning.
