Had an appointment today which I paid through the TW app, arrived at address which was a residential address with no signage of a salon. I rung the salon number 2 times to check I was at the correct address, but the phone was not answered. I have now lost the £15 I paid through the app, really disappointed and feel conned. How can you run a business from your home, advertise on Treatwell but have nothing visible to say your house is the Salon for customer to see when they arrive?
