Just unhappy. Had a wonderful experience a few years ago but this one has just soured my opinion of the salon. My hair is awful. I didn’t realise until I washed it. Hair was left top heavy in a mushroom shape. And underneath is so thin and around 5 inches longer than the rest? I’ve considered shaving my entire hair. Just so unhappy with the whole experience. I wanted to work with my natural curly hair, not have it chopped to try and get some curls. Please don’t contact me. Thank you.

First time there was charged extra toblow out my hair after a wash and cut.. this was not in the fine print or told when I called to confirm booking but was informed about this when I got there on the day.
