Just unhappy. Had a wonderful experience a few years ago but this one has just soured my opinion of the salon. My hair is awful. I didn’t realise until I washed it. Hair was left top heavy in a mushroom shape. And underneath is so thin and around 5 inches longer than the rest? I’ve considered shaving my entire hair. Just so unhappy with the whole experience. I wanted to work with my natural curly hair, not have it chopped to try and get some curls. Please don’t contact me. Thank you.
