I went for a consultation and skin test 24 hours before hair colour. The time given for the consultation was adequate and I left feeling confident for my appointment the following day. On arriving home, I received a phone call from them to tell me the stylist didn`t feel confident to do my hair so I should re-book for another day when the colourist was going to be there!! What a disappointment that was. I advised them that I could not book for another day due to the fact it was my birthday within a couple of days, hence my booking in time for my celebrations. I had to cancel my appointment due to the stylist not feeling confident, and it was too late to find another salon for having my hair done the following day! This was my first time of visiting Shine, but I will not be going there again. Naturally, I cannot give them a good review and have to attend my birthday celebrations without a nice new hair colour.
