Only came across this place recently even though I live locally,within walking distance! The salon is bright& spacious. All the staff are friendly & helpful. I was early and was offered refreshments while I waited. Lots of up to date magazines available. When I made my appointment I asked about concessionaries for 60+ and was given a 10% discount. My appointment was confirmed online with a time slot for each treatment. I also had a half leg wax. My appointment went according to plan and lasted 1 hour. The small complex at the back has clean toilets and other shops. An enjoyable experience. I will book again.

Can't say enough about this place except that it's a hidden gem......very welcoming, relaxing and fantastic gel manicure which all my friends have commented on about how great they look. Brilliant range of nail colours to choose from too. The staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable, they offered me a drink on arrival which was my favourite loose leaf tea, what a treat! Shine will definitely be my 'go to' manicure place from now on. Highly recommend.
