Had a very enjoyable experience thanks to carli for a great cut I'm loving my curls again. Will definitely be back.
A pleasant experience- I was offered a quick free massage on arrival which was lovely, then had a consultation with my hairdresser. Very chatty and easy to get on with, and a decent haircut- not the best ever, but no complaints either (especially for the price!). I'd go back at that cost.
The shop is stylish and very clean. My hair cut was done extremely carefully with lots of dialogue throughout which took into consideration what I knew about my hair, what my concerns were and what my hair care regime was like on a day to day basis. I'd never discussed my hair at such length before and it made the whole experience more collaborative and created a better cut. I also enjoyed the extra treats of a complimentary massage and a nice cup of tea. I have already booked my next appointment.
