So I love my hair thank you so much the balayage looks faaaaabulous! But the main thing is I love Syraya! Appointment was 45 minutes behind time without communication (I heard them mention to another family that people had shown up late in the morning). Very nearly left! Two appointments were booked at the same time with only one stylist and they let the other child go first without explanation (and despite us checking in first). Hair between appointments wasn’t swept up. Little room for parents to sit, facilities tired and haircut uneven
