My son is not a fan of having his haircut and was very resistant but Sam was incredibly patient and entertained and distracted him expertly whilst also giving him an excellent haircut.

I was confirmed an appointment online and it took me just over an hour to get there to be told we wasn’t booked and she couldn’t see me because people were already booked in so I brought my child out in the cold to be turned away and then was told to come back the next day and I was like no thanks so I felt the lady didn’t handle it well as she was just like I’m fully booked and can’t do nothing and I said that’s not my problem especially when it confirmed online.
