The venue was wonderful in presentation. The hairdresser was pleasant, but we felt there could have been more communication between parent and hairdresser as the haircut progressed. We unfortunately ended up with a haircut that we had to fix ourselves when we got home (although we can see how it is challenging with infants, who often move their head spontaneously).

Quick and efficient haircuts for my 2 kids. Noisy (TV and squeaky fun chairs) and busy, but my children enjoyed themselves.

Our son has sensory challenges and does not like getting his hair cut. Sam is great with him and really patient! Highly recommend.
