No card payment- Great at cuts and my children are always happy and content here but they need to sort out their card machine. Three times now I have gone and booked it on Treatwell under “pay at salon” only to arrive there and be told it doesn’t work. I’ve then had to walk down the road to the service station with small children in tow to get cash out. It takes away from the ease of a children’s cut and is too much faff at this stage to go back.

Sofia cut my hair. I asked for a trim with layers. I don’t know what she did but it left my hair uneven, choppy and it just looks awful! I’ve now had to go somewhere else to get it fixed which has cost me £100. Really disappointed. I did say it wasn’t even at the time but she refused to accept I wasn’t happy with it. I felt uncomfortable so I paid and left but I wish I hadn’t as it was a complete waste of money and Ive ended up with much shorter hair than I wanted as a result
