Terrible haircut. Clump of hair missing and harsh lines. Normally have Syraya who is great with children and great at cutting hair. We booked with her but after waiting 45 mins we were told someone else would do the cut, it is awful

So I love my hair thank you so much the balayage looks faaaaabulous! But the main thing is I love Syraya! We had such a wonderful time, she was so lovely to talk to, I had a really wonderful experience which is so lovely when you’re treating yourself to new hair, thank you so much Syraya for everything x
