Shiny Stars is very good value. The decor could do with an uplift though and most of the toys are really old and/or broken. The door was boarded up when we went too which doesn't look very appealing with little children. I will def go again but could be improved.

I showed a photo of what I wanted, and the end result is not as requested.
The haircut isn't even, or straight, and there are large chunks at different lengths.
I now need to pay for a second hair cut.
