I had a very odd experience here. Perhaps they were just having an off day. My cut was a simple one-length trim and was done efficiently. I then asked for some curls in my hair when it was blow dried. The hairdresser didn't speak much English so conversation had to go via the salon owner who explained things simply to her. She spent an hour drying it, in a way which seemed unusual to me, and by the end of it the curls that she had created immediately dropped out. The salon owner said she is an experienced hairdresser, but based on that she didn't seem to be, to me. At other salons I am always asked how I want my hair to be dried and it is never any bother for them to make it curly or add curls with GHDs. I was then left with hair that wasn't curly but wasn't quite smooth either. To the salon's credit they attempted to fix the issue by pinning it up for me. However I would not recommend this salon for an adult's hair cut. It did look like the children were having a good time though!
Main thing about shining stars is that a saloon is designed to give your little ones as little stress as possible. Toy car chairs, plenty of toys, peppa the pig on the tvs.
