Going home to fix a ragged edge myself. Think the nail tech I got was a trainee. Used a brush with acetone to remove stray polish (makeup brushes aren't made for this, funnily enough it had lost most of its bristles). Have left with small specs of gel polish on the skin, a bubble, finish doesn't look like what I asked for. Tried to ask to change to a plain colour after I realised her skill level but language barrier meant I got it anyway. And her file technique hit as much skin as it did nail.
