Be aware! Avoid! This place may be local and cheap but I would've given no star if it was possible.
My appointment was meant to be a 70 minutes long wash and blow dry. Firstly the owner was totally unaware of the appointment and secondly, she finished the whole process within 20 minutes. Please note I have thick long hair (below shoulder blades) and even myself would not be able to wash and dry my hair in 20 minutes. My hair was damp after the appointment let along a blow dry.
The owner invited me to come back for wash and rough dry which I was told only costs £5. I returned to the venue - however in one instance she double booked me and I only found out when I arrived as she made no effort to contact me. The other time the venue was completely shut. I'm heavily pregnant but waited outside and called her number requesting a call back but NEVER had any response. They wasted my time and my money. The owner let this happen when clearly knowing I'm 9 months pregnant plus having a toddler to arrange childcare for, and can't travel as freely and easily. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Owner was so friendly and made me feel at ease.
Brought my baby daughter as my babysitter was ill and she was fine with it and very friendly to her too!
