The staff were friendly enough, but we're talking to each other in a different language while one of them was doing my eyebrows. The place itself was pleasant, not too busy and I could park right outside. Good price but could do with improving their customer service.

Absolutely loved the service.
The stylist was very nice and made me feel welcome.
She took her time to understand what I wanted and ensured that I was comfortable and happy throughout the whole 2 hours.

Cheap and local but not great. Facial threading took longer than I thought and the beautician put aftercream on my face after threading without asking me first. Manicure was not done well and looked quite shabby afterwards. I ended up going straight home and removing it off completely.
