I’ve been going to Shooq to get my hair done for about a year now and I’m never disappointed! The hairdresser is great - she listens to my requests and is very friendly :)

I arrived and they were unaware of my appointment. Told that I had to return in 40mins, agreed as had no choice and never returned.
The salon is not very comfortable, the chairs and items they use are quite old and not very professional. The rest was ok.
I didn’t really feel welcome and the manicure wasn’t done very well. The price is good, but I think I’d rather pay a bit more somewhere else next time and get a better service. The appointment started 10 minutes late, but then lasted only 20 instead of 30 minutes and as a result my nails are filed quite unevenly and it all felt a bit rushed.
