I asked the stylest not to straighten it but to do a slightly curly blow dry when drying it. she said a curled blow dry is 15pound more. So i said no its fine just dry it whatever way.
another staff member went to the computer half way through my cut and said I had only paid for a wash and cut. When I booked for a wash and cut I assumed they would dry your hair. (I've never been to a salon that lets you leave with a saturated head) apparently not. they tried to charge a further 10 just to dry it (into no style) I said the window advertises wash cut blow dry and treatment for 25 so why would I have to pay 30 without the treatment as it wasn't offered to me. They agreed to do the wash cut and blow dry for 25 but i still didn't get the advertised inclusive treatment.
my favorite part of going to the hair dresser is having my hair washed however here it was rushed, my clothes were soaked and I had water and sure in my eyes and down the inside of my top at the front. after they finished my hair I had to ask for the stylist to dry my top with hair dryer as it was soaked through.
the salon was clean, nicely decorated and I was offered a drink on arrival. staff were ok, cut was good and they listened to how i wanted it cut. I did not enjoy the experience at all though.
