When I walked up to the shop at 10.27 for my 10.30 appt no one was there and the shop was locked up. Someone arrived at 10.42 and said she wasn’t a hair stylist and she couldn’t speak very good English so I would have to wait. I finally was sat in the chair at 11.05 by which point I knew I wasn’t going to have time to get my nails done. Hair was a good colour but ok cut, eyebrows were good but she threaded them instead of waxing and also plucked my eyelashes out twice and left me with a scab... Also no conversation from any of the ladies which meant no ambience. Service was ok but a bit of a calamity of errors. Then tried to charge me more than what I booked on treatwell!
