A hot drink was given upon arrival, place is new clean, relaxed atmosphere, needed some music perhaps. Staff were very courteous, the french manicure was beautiful, a few small errors, if you’re a perfectionist it might worry you but I am not, but I believe I was over charged, Maybe they forgot that I’d already paid for the manicure through treatwell, £20 extra for removal of shellac was a bit much?
