when I arrived at 1.45 pm, the shop was empty. The nail technician started making my nails but she told me that I needed more than a simple polish change, so she did it and made me pay 6 extra pounds. But I didnāt really mind. during the nail treatment, the nail technician kept receiving phone calls, until the person she was speaking to showed up and asked to have her hair done. This lady did not speak English, so it took a long time to communicate with the hair stylist, the nail technician had to intervene several time to translate, so my manicure took longer than normal; plus, obviously my own hair treatment was delayed to the point that I was out at nearly 3.30, and I arrived late to my appointment. I asked the lady who did my hair that I wanted waves, but she made little tight curls with the hair wand, saying that they would have gone down within few minutes. but they didnāt, and I ended up with an hair style I honestly did not like.
the colour on my nails was nice, but itās only been a day and it is all chipped already. I will have to take it off already, unfortunately. The venue was nice and all but, honestly, I am not impressed by the service
everything was very good,they help me with the choose of the color and the lady that do me the Colo r was very good because I had two different colour and her do everything the same :)

Nazia is such a lovely and pleasant lady, she made me feel welcome and comfortable š . I will definitely be back , what a great place to relax and enjoy all the treatments available š
